Notable Events:
 
Approximately 0300 on 10/16/2016 25Z tied down at Tulp on track two for a recrew.  About 0330 a westbound train passed 25Z
 and noticed a car in the 25Z listing toward one track.  Dispatcher notified car department.  Recrew on 25Z arrived around 0400
 and began looking over the train.  Listing car was about halfway into the train.  Car department arrived and asked to have
 the car set out.  Dispatcher suggested Lawn siding, but knew there were cars in there.  21M asked to look at the siding to see
 if there is enough room for an 85' car.  25Z then said it's a three-car set.  21M said there's not enough room for that so the
 dispatcher said to drop it on Womelsdorf siding.  By the time the 25Z got to Dorf the crew had already announced they only had
 four hours to work.  Car dpeartment said there wasn't any way for them to get into the area to work on the car.  By then the
 25Z was down to an hour (this was at about 1100).  Dispatcher told them to drop the car anyway and then tie down the train.
 For all this time the railroad was single track from Prescott to Wyomissing.  Worse, the 10N was having some of its own woes in
 the Myerstown area.  Not sure what the issue was, but it was holding up the 20K which was at Wall.

Approximately 2200 the dispatcher called the 294 as it approached CP Belt and asked him if he was able to stop at CP West Laurel.
 Turns out that "autorouter" gave the 294 signals up to CP Laurel AND it gave signals to the 11K coming through Fleetwood up to
 CP Laurel as well.  Dispatcher reset signals so crisis averted!
